This week was good. We did stuff. First was P-day. We didn’t really do anything exciting on P-day. Just sit around and stuff. It was good though. Hey! I just got my email. Now I might have more to say. Anywho, that was P-day. It was relaxing.
On Tuesday we went on exchanges. I went with Elder Rugama in the morning. We did studies then went and did some service. After lunch we switched and I went with Elder Wilde. We mostly just went around talking with people. It was pretty fun. Wednesday was pretty slow. Nothing really happened. Except for weekly planning. And for lunch we had a gigantic meal. It was wonderful. And at the end of the day we went to the youth activity. We talked about meal planning. And I realized that I’m still not good at that. But, I don’t starve and that’s all that really matters.
On Thursday we did service at Loaves and Fishes. It was pretty fun. And we got pizza too. After that it was another slow day. Nobody was home. I blam that partially on fall break. So, it was kind of boring. That’s all I remember from Thursday.
Friday was really good. We started with zone training. We talked about all kinds of stuff. It was awesome. Then we drove back. I was extremely tired as I drove back. But, we got back to Guymon without me falling asleep and crashing. Once we got back Elder Howell and I started walking around. As we did we started a game where we try to pick us as much change as we can find. Whoever has more when one of us gets transfered get all of the change. One of us might make three dollars or something. Thats like three candy bars!
On Saturday we did a lot of service. We also worked the whole day! Elder Howell is fully recovered. We started by going to the McFaddens for breakfast. We did a little service for them while we were there. Then we went and did normal work. We saw some cool people. But, once again, most people were gone. Later in the day we went back to the McFaddens for more service. It was pretty fun. Then they fed us dinner too.
Sunday was good. We had church! And there was a good crowd there this week. We almost had our goal of 45 people! We will get it next week. After church we had lunch at the Duffy’s. It was good. And for dinner we went to Vernon and Erins. That was really good too. We did service for them afterwards. Well, for Vernon. We helped him with his derby car again. This time we helped bolt stuff into it. I felt slightly like a mechanic. But, not really. It was really fun.
Well, that was pretty much the week. Now we get to have a full week of work! It’s going to be good.
