This was a really cold week. At least the second half was. The first half wasn’t too bad.
On P-day we did our P-day things. We ended up playing about three hours of basketball too. It was awesome, but it also made me sore for the next few days. On Tuesday we went to the zoo again! I got to assemble a bookcase. One of those ones that you look at the picture and try to figure out how it goes together. It’s supposed to make it easy, but it doesn’t. After that we did our normal missionary thing (a lot of tracting). We taught Dameon again too. He’s still awesome.
Wednesday was zone conference! Zone conference is just awesomeness. Eight hours of awesomeness. And we were given more P-day so we can email longer and more people. So that’s awesome too. After zone conference we went on exchanges. I got to go down to Emporia with Elder Bennett our district leader. Not much happened down there though.
Thurday was when it got really cold. So, it wasn’t the funnest day to go tracting. But, that’s really about all we did. Friday was about the same too. We did get two new investigators though! They are living with a less active member that wanted us to visit. And the member actually invited them to be taught. It was awesome.
Saturday the cold turned into a little snow. We also didn’t get much done tracting. So there really isn’t much to say about Saturday. On Sunday we woke up to about seven inches of snow. We also got the sad news that church was cancelled. I was very disapointed. I don’t remember the last time I didn’t go to church. Anyway, on top of church being cancelled, it was another half snow day. We were stuck inside for most of the day.
So that was my slightly uneventful week. It was very cold. Somehow we always have bad weather on the week we don’t have the car. It will probably be really warm this week since we will have it.
